Genesee Fire Rescue consists of approximately 35 dedicated volunteers.

Most of the members have full time jobs in addition to their volunteer activities with the fire department. It is not just fun; it is a calling to serve the GFPD community.

Are you up for the challenge? GFR is looking for residents of GFPD that are willing to make a commitment. You don't need experience; all you need is a desire to learn, good physical conditioning, and the support of your family.
